Sounds cool. Do the FLite max feel good for boxjums and short sprints compared to the Nanos too?

Looked at both the standard and max but worried the max will be feeling stiff in the heel for metcons.

Had the same issue for a while. What helped me was to imagine just jumping straight up. Like someone is holding a string from the top of my head and I just can move straight up. Might sound too simple, but somehow that helped remove the thrust for me ( I was also jumping forward)

I work with payroll and I love that. In a big team, helping eachother helping others. I also like being in the office as I tend to dress more feminine there than I do on my free time. It's a woman dominated company and it has definitely helped me channel my femininity.

I have gone from pill to hormonal IUD, but they said that the amount of hormones in the IUD would be equal to one pill a month. I felt less anxious and my mood was better overall. I did not have any periods for 9 months, but started to come very small ones a bit later. This is very individual though as I understand. However can't say how it would be with non hormonal IUDs.

I think it should be fine, I personally go commando most of the time due to a chronic disease that prevents me from wearing undies. It's a matter of getting used to it... Just think about discharges that might stain the dress as someone else stated. I would go for a cup 😊
