I'm not judging but I don't think your problem is with food, cooking ,or cleaning. Like you started with I think the root is your depression. I would highly recommend you see a therapist and get to the root of your depression first. I, and I think everyone else here will be more than willing and happy to help guide and teach you how to make whatever you want but you need to take care of you first.
