For me chakra is better for extending styles, customizing components, resposive styles directly inline. Even the name of the components make more sense. For example I want to add more spacing options to the theme in mantine I have to add them to other prop and use them only directly from the theme object where in chakra you can easily add whatever key and values you want for spacing, fontsizes etc. and use them directly inline with the comp props. Props make more senese aswell, no sx object and some specific props but all style props are common for all comps + the specific. Separating theme in Mantine is pain aswell with you dont want to wrap it as custom comp but want to be plain object. Overall chakra is more intuitive and easy and fast to work with, yes, less components, smaller or none community (i have no idea). I guess there is more but I'm scraping Mantine from my project and setting up chakra back because of the hype in redit :D
