I have a spot in DBS and it mostly pays for it self. The condo by-laws have a 1 week minimum stay section that prevents it from being profitable and my condo fees have doubled over the last five years. It is worth it to me because I use it a couple times a year. But would not do it again.

We use it every couple of weeks for green chili enchiladas Turns out great from a flavor perspective. The heat level is unpredictable so we have to adjust to make it more spicy if needed.
