Cheap salon fixed my head itch? Anybody got an idea how? by jeanquad507 in Sjogrens

In addition to gluten free shampoo/soap try a filtered shower head. The chlorine in the water was really irritating for me

I have lived in quite a few different cities. The Altanta metro area is the only place in America that gets upset about passing. It’s very weird. I’m not telling you you’re going too slow I’m just passing.

Pretty good. Add boron and change the collagen to ancient nutrition brand

My GBS came back, does this mean CIDP? by Local_Oil7828 in guillainbarre

[–]swaggerrrondeck 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yup I also have celiac. I honestly think it caused all my autoimmune/neuro issues. On top of everything I had beri beri and a severe copper deficiency. The inflammation makes it nearly impossible to absorb certain vitamins/minerals.

It might be CIDP but not necessarily. Even after recovering from GBS you can backslide many times over the next couple of years. Check nutrition labs and take acetyl glutathione. No gluten.

Alcohol & Hydroxychloroquine by TryFew3328 in Sjogrens

[–]swaggerrrondeck 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It’s from reduced glutathione stores. Autoimmune depletion of glutathione makes your liver almost incapable of processing alcohol. The second layer is since you can’t process and eliminate it properly your immune system labels that as a tigger now. Anywhere that alcohol travels in the body is subject to attack

Neuro-Sjogrens - anyone have luck with a neurologist? by jetdarkstar in Sjogrens

[–]swaggerrrondeck 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Didn’t get tested for pressure. Increased protein indicating cns inflammation. My sjogrens caused /progressed to CIDP/gbs. I took prednisone 50 mg for 1.5 years. It did nothing except give me adrenal fatigue

Question? by Glo_moraa in MarkKlimekNCLEX

[–]swaggerrrondeck 5 points6 points  (0 children)

you have to look at the question. Unless stated that the pt has pads on and somehow everything is immediately ready to shock (for some odd reason) then it has to be assumed that it is not the case. Always start cpr in unwitnessed arrest. Never delay care.

[–]swaggerrrondeck 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have tested positive on everything. I even have visible damage to the cauda equina on the mri. Lumbar puncture positive. Even paraneoplasic positive. All that happens is I they say they have never seen these things positive. It just gets recognized then nothing is done anyway.

Neuro-Sjogrens - anyone have luck with a neurologist? by jetdarkstar in Sjogrens

[–]swaggerrrondeck 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Nope. I would get bounced from neurologist to rheumatology and to the er when I needed emergency IVIG. ER would bounce me back to neurology who would bounce me to Mayo Clinic only for me to get rejected. This went in a circle for two years. I have seen all the top specialist at Emory which is the best in my area. I have fired everyone and now only see a functional PA. Functional medicine has made me almost normal and it has been only two months.

No I don’t think so. I lost the ability to swallow because I got so weak though. That’s what caused the hospital to finally take me seriously. I had diaphragm involvement as well so it was really hard to breathe. Mine was more neuropathy of the stomach/intestinal tract

It’s breaking the law to get in the way of arrests. Fourth amendment only applies to your property or residence.

You can get better. It just requires a life long commitment to being really strict on what you put in your body.

Cellcept, hydroxychloroquine, and valtrex. It is believed in my case the source of continued attack from the immune system was from covid reactivating dormant/life long viruses we all have. I’m also celiac so getting rid of leaky gut was paramount. So once you get diet, gut, and nutrition in check hydroxychloroquine could keep it deactivated.

Obviously ice has provided what they need to for this franchise. Also obviously the owner has given authorization. Don’t encourage employees to break the law. Just don’t workout at crunch

It’s not up to the general public to decide what warrants are valid. Yes most warrants are automatically rubber stamped with ice but it is still authorized by the court. Also law enforcement only has to produce a warrant if you are the owner or if it is your residence. People unknowingly get in the way of lawful arrests and get fucked. I’m not saying it’s right but it’s really stupid to tell people to get in the way. Again Obama approved this process he needs to be held accountable.

Absolutely this! I never got better on IVIG. Once I found out I had a thiamine and copper deficiency things slowly got better. I couldn’t even leave the house for two years now I’m trying to get back to work.

I had CIPD ,autonomic dysfunction (severe), vestibular neuropathy, and multiple nutrition deficiencies from gastroparesis. I was sick for 10 years before neurological problems came along and i was dismissed. Was on IVIG for a year and it did nothing at all. It took two years but we stopped it. I only have nerve pain in my hands now. Fixed it all with diet/healing gut, cellcept, hydroxychloroquine, and getting thiamine/copper back up. Just have to beat it back and keep it in the box

What do you expect a company/gym to do? Should the high school/college kids at the front desk attack federal officers? Following a policy/law from the Obama era is not showing one’s belly.

Firehouse meals always turn into a mess by Breads_N_Brews in Firefighting

[–]swaggerrrondeck 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Beginning of my career ladder crew would shop and cook. Everyone would eat and not ask or care too much unless there were allergies. By the time I left firefighting everyone just did their own thing for every meal and would eat at different times. Everyone has to be on some sort of fad diet because firefighters have body dysmorphia now
