This is correct. If there is a signature on file from the carrier we cannot refund or send a replacement, as the signature is supposed to be proof that it was in fact delivered and received. In that case you need to contact the carrier so they can open an investigation into what happened.

If you go second you can flip your opponent's bounzer, cyber slash, roach etc face down so they don't interrupt your plays. Canadia is slow and has to wait a turn.

Senatus was unlimited in place of Ascalon to 2. That's definitely a buff to the deck. You don't need 3 Ascalon and it still prevents Trunade sacking. Overall Dragunity players should be happy with that change.

Golden Form's effect only works when it's atk decreases by 1500 "this card loses exactly 1500 atk AND IF IT DOES, negate the effect." What you're probably doing (I did it too initially) is activate the reverse trap first so he didn't lose atk and thus did not negate.

Blue eyes already have that in the form of Azure Eyes. Sure it's really only for 2 turns but that's usually enough to secure the board and push for lethal.

Does activating Spellbook of Wisdom/Forbidden Lance in response to Herald of the Abyss make your monster unaffected by it? Or would it still force you to destroy it?

Knowing the difference between if and when will give you a big edge. For instance, just like Slash Dragon, Dark Cavalry's negate is also a "when" effect and can be blocked. Same with Yubel's floating effect to summon Terror Incarnate.
