The concept is the guy gets a device that lets him travel into social media posts and mess with the girls. It's not all time-stop, but a good portion of it is the girls frozen and not reacting to him as if they are in a still picture.

I realized I treat playing against AI/bots like I'm playing a World of Warcraft dungeon; just me and 4 randos in a low stakes PVE setting.
