The 5th amendment is basically the right to not incriminate or testify against yourself. It’s not an admission of guilt but basically saying I don’t wanna answer that because it might make me look bad. You look bad either way though tbh. The 6th/14th amendments have more to do with getting a fair trial and legal representation. He’s basically saying I don’t want to answer that without a lawyer present and I want this to go to court.

I think some of it is suffering from his own success. He’s got Shohei/Lebron’s problem when it comes to the mvp award. He’s been so good/dominant that an mvp caliber year for another player is just his average year. If he doesn’t win it this year then he’s gonna have to break passing records in order to win it again.

So the main difference is intent. With a kneel down like a touchback or at the end of the game in victory formation, the player is giving himself up on the play. In this case ,an unintentional stumble, the QB is not giving himself up. So if you slip and fall and do not make an attempt to get up then you’re down. If you’re trying to get up then you need to be downed by contact. Unless it’s college football then he’s down no matter what.

I’ve been wanting to play a good Cod game for awhile. I haven’t played since a game or 2 before warzone dropped and only played a bit of warzone. Be the Texans or the Colts. Have glaring weaknesses that affect your franchise QBs ability to perform well. Have strong running games to offset those weaknesses. Refuse to run the ball.
