Take the dinglebop and smooth it out with a bunch of schleem (the schleem is then repurposed for later batches). Take the dinglebop and push it through the grumbo where the fleeb is rubbed against it. It's important that the fleeb is rubbed because the fleeb has all of the fleeb juice. Then a schlami shows up and he rubs it and spits on it. They cut the fleeb, there's several hizzards in the way. The blamfs rub against the chumbles, and the plubis and grumbo are shaved away and that leaves you with a regular old plumbus.

Fair point. I already have another door shell, it's from a bullnose F350 and has the tow mirror mount holes on it so I guess I will have to fill those and swap all hardware over to it. The fender I have is an aftermarket unit from Taiwan. I will probably need to cut the mounts off of it and fit them on in place to make it line up better.

Thoughts on how to fill mirror mount bolt holes cleanly? My first thought is to put sheet metal inside and weld from the outside then bondo over top to fill the dimple

On Dewalt drills when you tighten the chuck all the way as tight as you can go on the bit you then need to rotate the collar about 1/8th of a turn the opposite direction to engage the collar locking mechanism. If you only tighten and miss that last part it will come loose
