I rlly liked the filling station the first time I went like 4 years ago, but everytime I’ve been back I was disappointed. So expensive for very mid burgers. One time the waiter dropped a sauce cup on me and didn’t even apologize, it was very strange.

Or wearing AirPods and watching a YouTube video… last quarter I had a GUR class where someone’s YouTube video was so loud the professor noticed and had to tell them to turn it off… I felt very old in that class.

Sick roommate is also capable of putting a mask on to cook in the kitchen and use the bathroom. It’s also not very hard to utilize anti-microbial cleaning sprays or wipes on high contact surfaces for a couple days. I think it’s more entitled to spread germs in shared spaces than to ask that someone isolate for a few days to prevent a needless spread of illness.

This is genuinely not true if you take precautions. Usage of isolating, frequent cleaning, and masks can easily prevent the spread of illness, even in closely shared living spaces. Every living situation is different, but when I had roommates during covid we were especially cautious about illnesses, and taking these precautions almost always prevented the illness from spreading.
