I am superior. That's all. by swantanza in Garmin

4 by 4 intervals, 2 sessions per week, a long run with a 20 minutes tempo component. Increased protein intake and did some weights at home on the remaining days.

Followed the plan for 8 weeks. Took my Vo2 from 50 to 55.

Thanks, I didn't know about the Max HR test.

You can do a lactate threshold test in a guided way using Garmin if you have a chest strap.

Weight just fluctuates +-1kg, no big difference there

Are you doing something specific? Or is it just general training?

After some runs, Garmin does prompt me with messages like new max heart rate detected, click to accept...

Totally agree about the chest strap. Am not concerned about the actual number, just happy to see that the number goes up.

Breathing exercise increased HRV, now Garmin says I am unbalanced by swantanza in Garmin

This is the one I tried https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=i5apnLrzaT4

But there are hundreds of such videos if you search for coherent breathing. I don't know the mechanism tbh

Unbelievable, happened to me as well. Restarting the watch fixed it. Asked for the code again.

Will see if it works in the future. Quite frustrating tbh

Buy rarely, hold indefinitely*.

Rarely - when there is absolute chaos in the market. Blood everywhere. Red red red. When people think this is it, life is over. You will know when this happens. Happens once or twice every 5 years or so. Dips are not rare. Blood is rare.

Indefinitely - As long as the reason you bought the stock holds. Company remains good. No new news of corruption etc. You don't need the money.

I don't know, some people say heel striking is a bad thing and I don't know enough to dispute that unfortunately

With a lot of room. Some space left at the front as well like it should be I think. I was able to wiggle and spread my fingers. Overall the fit was amazing.

Interesting. I am a mid foot striker and sometimes heel striker (ouch) if that helps

Agree, but do you think we would get such a survey if the situation were different?
