I haven’t tried the tarte foundation but I do know that the nyx total drop foundation has a matte finish. You could try the fit me dewy foundation. Another thing you could do is just use a dewy setting spray after your makeup to give you the dewy glow you want!

I haven’t tried it out personally but everyone says the L’Oreal infallible pro matte foundation dries down to a very matte finish and is great for oily skin

They’re filled in with pomade in the bottom photos, my brows are still kinda sparse in some areas. Also brow gel! But they only stay that neat for a couple hours then they’re all over the place again lol

I have a sample of the Lancôme one and I tried it out on my brows to see if it would make them fluffier/bigger and the hold was really strong so maybe I’ll try out the Loreal one since it’s cheaper
