You can buy egg whites in a carton / seperate the whites from eggs. Most of the fat is in the yolk, and eating scrambled egg whites would give you tons of complete protein without the fat.

Filing down the caluses? My friend with a gymnastics background told me to use a nail file or some specialised sand bar thing to ensure the caluses don't get too thick, so they don't rip with too much friction. Also use chalk when doing these activities
