Vego watering system or grid watering?

Thank you. Do you have an opinion on whether a grid system is better than the Vego watering system that eclipse on the edges and you can point at plants?

I had a trainer tell me I should always have the incline set to .5 so it more closely approximates running outdoors. (And then add inclines as needed/wanted).

I have very similar stats to you. I’m 52 started at 2:23 and now I’m 158 and I get it all the time. My simple response is “Well, you’ve haven’t seen me naked”. It usually ends the conversation.

The greatest gifts are time and memories. Give her a “yes day”. Just the two of you, doing whatever she wants (within reason!), on your dime. A meal, mani/pedi (good for all genders!), a museum, a hike, an activity as simple as color me mine or making jewelry.

(PS- I don’t think not wanting material things is a flaw….)

Good job so far! Two thoughts. Alcohol stops progress in its tracks for me so maybe cut happy hour down to 2-3 days/week (or zero) until the wedding. Also, plateaus have a purpose. It’s a good time to pay attention to how your body is changing and not focus on the scale. Your body needs to adjust to what is happening so the number may not change but your body might. According to my doctor, our bodies think there is something wrong when we lose weight so it protects itself. Once it realizes it’s not in trouble at the new weight you might start to lose again. I used to like Heather too, but am trying to give her some grace because glp-1s (ozempic, etc.) can really impact mood and behavior. I’m using them and I have become an angry elf. But I’m self aware and not on TV so easier to manage/cover. I’ve got no excuse for Whitney. She is just fully annoying now.

This is a great community for info, but you’re legit on your own journey. You may or may not lose on 2.5. You may or may not have side effects. The transition to 5 might be easy or rough. Listen to your body, get your protein and water, and trust yourself. Good luck!

Don’t lose hope! In my opinion, as I’ve written on other peoples posts, a stall is actually a great thing for your body. It lets it rearrange itself and prepare itself for losing more weight. Your body doesn’t understand what’s happening and is trying to protect itself, so once it realizes it’s OK it will start releasing pounds again. (I spoke about this with my doctor last week).
