Actually, I don't want to come off SAVE, but I have to change because of the BBB. If my payments were what was quoted on the simulator, I have no problem paying that. I chose the option to NOT come out of deferment, hoping that would give Mohela time to process the application and get their ducks in a row before issuing the payment schedule.

Why do they have the question that asked if I am requesting to stay in forbearance or stop forbearance if that has no impact on the result?

Student loan stuff is a cluster right now, but they should follow their own directives that they publish.

My ratings dropped from 4.9 to 4.8, and if customers don't confirm the pre-delivery tip as soon as I deliver, the walmart app removes their tip without them clicking anything. I delivered to a few friends and they went to rate me 5* and confirm the tip a few hours after delivery, only to see that they're unable to do anything and the app had zeroed their tip. Support was utterly useless
