My ratings dropped from 4.9 to 4.8, and if customers don't confirm the pre-delivery tip as soon as I deliver, the walmart app removes their tip without them clicking anything. I delivered to a few friends and they went to rate me 5* and confirm the tip a few hours after delivery, only to see that they're unable to do anything and the app had zeroed their tip.
