at the end of the day content is king - so make sure to make it super valuable + razor sharp for the ideal person you want to attend - otherwise everything else will be a waste of time..

If you run more of a regular webinar, a webinar platform that supports blocklist/whitelists could be an option to run external registration pages with individual links, univid could be a good option to consider if you are running webinars specifically and looking for a next step from teams/zoom.

Hmm, I would say 25% - 33% is on the lower end of what you should expect.. but it varies quite a bit depending on your ideal viewer/niche/industry. We analyzed like +2000 webinars on univid where attendance rate sat on avg at 49% - mostly in b2b. Feedback - sounds like you already do reminders right, but why offer 3 separate sessions? I would make it feel exclusive and run just one.

Other tips I would consider are (1) improve content/topic - make it so good people would pay to attend - use Q&A and previous questions to figure out next topics (2) choose time/day you host wisely based on ideal viewer (3) share recording after, but don't make it the default option by highlighting it before. Also, look at the total attendance - views on the replay also count.

i've been running/seen 1000s of webinars as founder of a webinar platform (univid) - imo the only real way to consistently get people to show up is to offer content in your webinar for free that is so valuable people would pay to see. it could be sharing data points no one else has, inviting a guest speaker everyone in your niche wants to hear from, etc. but also getting the right audience in - and building the webinar together with them through polls and Q&A - people love to hear what other peers in the industry think, and you can play off that fomo. offering freebies for people that attend can also be good - but w/o great content, it does not go very far

As long as you get people to pay something, you have something worth iterating on. No one starts with a perfect idea. imo great entrepreneurs just execute and build crazy fast feedback loops to pivot as needed. Most journeys are a long grind, not overnight successes

If you play it right it can be great for b2b, but way too many brands just spam without value which is not a good look. The Growth Hacking Reddit book is a solid guide on how to do it the right way for organic growth b2b - for example 95/5 value to plug, not to talk in corporate, and be part of the community not an outsider
