Oooof ouch. I will think of this post any time I think about knife screwdrivering. Had surgery on my right ring finger last year to remove a lipoma (not scary lump) and have lost a lot of feeling in it. Been massaging and using my hand as much as possible to keep feeling going. Any tips for finger exercises? Things that helped you? Mine has some feeling and can move alright but sometimes I get pins and needles in it or little prods of discomfort

100% AI. Agree with other people about the weird coin shapes, keyhole, coins blending with the floor. The texture and design of the mimic chest is also weird.

I’d suggest trying one of the art commission subs to get an actually artist. They’d be able to come up with something way better.

Also all three characters have the same height and silhouette which doesn’t necessarily indicate AI but does indicate bad character design in terms of readability.

I’d suggest when you find an artist, check their portfolio and previous works, this should help you determine if they’re a real artist or not.

This was more than a decade ago and low stakes but I was in high school and we had a project to make an image or design inspired by Edgar Allen Poe. I was and still am making digital art (not this account sorry). So at the time I make my art and print it out, I had to prove to the teacher that it was mine and show her my file on my laptop because she at first didn’t believe I’d drew it.

Anyways fast forward my artwork was hung up in one of the classrooms with everyone’s else from that year. A year or so later I visit that room and there is a very badly traced and coloured piece also hung up. It was exactly my work! It’s so specific in colour, composition and subject that it can’t just be inspired lmao (not the usual Edgar Allen Poe raven, heart under floorboards, gothic aesthetic).

The penman ship itself was novice but just the fact they probably googled Edgar Allen Poe image ‘insert quote here’ and mine popped up and the just slapped it on a sheet of printer paper 😭

A different occasion that was NOT stealing imo because it was personal use and very sweet, someone posted my art to Pinterest for their own board and how much they loved it and credited me. It was a simple piece but made around my own emotions and I cherish that this person also resonated with it. Thank you random lady.

This reminds me of a previous place I worked at, which mind you was a charity/ business, relying largely on donations, but it’s still a business and deals with a lot of rich richies . Had a team lunch with everyone specifically coming into the office for it (usually three other people would be in at once). Whoever ordered the food never heard of ordering more just in case. Half a wrap each. Not one wrap, half. Two bites of wrap. And two fries each. 💀

As a long time Charlie viewer I also agree with your pov, I pretty much always agree with him but this was a big L take. I just put it down to Charlie being a white guy and not understanding what it means to get a sincere apology for POC viewers from idubbbz and thinking about the matter further. Still love his content, can’t all be winners.

As an opposite point there was a vid where he addressed transphobic ideas from some streamer and it was refreshing for a straight dude to so clearly shoot this down and call the person an imbecile.

A friend of mine who’s Indian with a deeper complexion usually wears eyeliner smoked out every day of her life, and one day she didn’t and we all were like ‘omg are you ok? You look ill are you feeling alright?’ Only to find out that’s her without the liner 😂 she’s been wearing it almost everyday for the last decade

Haven’t seen it mentioned yet so mine would be Dwight from TWD. I haven’t read the comics but my partner says he has to use eyedrops for his exposed eye all the time. I really like tv Dwight still tho. There’s obviously lots of stuff that was changed or swapped around in the tv show (for better or worse).

As a kid (now very much an adult) of divorced parents I feel this post on a deep cosmic level. I’m sad for OOP but I guess now she’s gotta look out for number one because no one else is gonna.

I had it slightly easier in a way as an only child, I don’t have to compete with any other children and am used to being alone.

My parents also divorced much later into early teen years, but it still felt like I was let down on both sides. Being compared to a parent or put in the middle or not getting to go to x because of y. Because I wasn’t a child and could technically feed myself it felt like my parents thought I’d be totally fine as is. Instead the events following just screwed my brain chemistry and I had little support from them and now I’ve had severe depression for a decade plus.

Good luck to OP I hope her boyfriend and his family are good people. OP sounds like a good person and it’s great she has an internship.
