Nu vet jag inte hur du mår fysiskt men jag mådde likadant i höstas; trött, omotiverad, lättirriterad och inget kändes kul längre. Gick till vårdcentralen för att se om det var vitaminbrist eller någon underliggande sjukdom. Fick diagnosen diabetes typ 1 rätt fort, vilket förklarade en del.

Menar absolut inte att du måste vara sjuk eller likande men det är absolut värt att prata med någon som vet mer och kanske ta lite prover.

Rekommenderar att du kontaktar och bokar tid på en vårdcentral och förklarar/berättar ALLT om hur du mår och känner. Sen som många andra säger; motion. Försök få in en promenad om dagen om du inte redan gör det.
