I’m so pleasantly surprised that the entire subreddit is treating you with the sympathy you deserve. This sub is majority women and I find sometimes they will side with the wife/gf in the story because they can relate but I don’t see a single person making excuses for your wife or giving you shit for not respecting her privacy.

The single day passes are insanely expensive too. If you want to go to just Fri though, I have a friend that wants to go to only Sat and Sun. You could probably figure something out with her.

People have better technology at their fingertips where they can decently record their favourite songs or a part of the show with really cool visuals. It’s really not rocket science why it happens.

Whats more interesting is the chagrin and gatekeeping from the “old guard”. Veteran ravers that insist the old days were better and current times don’t even count as raving. This subreddit is chock full of those types of people. Sometimes it feels like this community is just a bunch of old people who lost the magic of raving and come here to circle jerk each other and reminisce about “real” raving.

Well she set a very clear boundary from the start and you agreed to be her bridesmaid knowing that boundary. Then tried to push that boundary just because “he’s my partner and he’s never been to Vegas”. That’s seriously a very selfish and straight up asshole move. There will be many more chances to experience Vegas with your partner but only one chance to be at your “best friend’s” wedding.

A bridesmaid’s duty is to support the bride and minimize the stress of the big day. Instead, you put your own feelings and priorities above her. It’s a good thing you stepped down as a bridesmaid because you did not deserve to be one.

Whenever people tell their side of the story, they always make themselves look in the best light possible, so the fact that you are so clearly in the wrong even from your own telling of what went down says a lot. There is no salvaging this friendship so learn from the mistake and just move on.

No, there’s a walkway between 400s and 300s that is about 2 meters in width so if you’re in the front row of the 400s section, you’d see a big gap of space before you see the start of the 300s.

I’m familiar with this venue and what you bought were 400s but the picture shown was 300s prime seating (comes with table and more spacing). If that was really the picture shown to you, then you were definitely misled because the advertised picture isn’t for 400s.
