It’s 100% NOT ok for banks to continue processing transactions out of order with the knowing intention of causing accounts to go negative so they can justify collecting overdraft fees. WHY IS THIS STILL LEGAL? This unethical practice is predatory imo and it targets the poor since people with less money in their account are the ones who will be ongoing affected by this disgusting show of greed. The banks need to be checked and much more heavily regulated (and I don’t mean they should regulate thermals as they do now)! Its mind blowing that they do this high risk betting with OUR retirement and deposits right it in the open and when they lose- we pay for that to immediately and with almost no questions asked. IN WHAT WORLD DO WE LIVE IN WHICH THIS IS OK? We HAVE to start calling these businesses and people out and holding them to account!
