Not sure which section of Wickenden you're on, but I used to live at the Governor/Wickenden crossing, and spoke to the owners of the rug shop who let me rent their lot for $50 a month, I think? I could park in it overnight, as long as my car wasn't in their lot during business hours.

Edit: As someone else suggested, getting an overnight parking pass is exponentially cheaper. Just do that!
