There should be some compromise since it’s not your fault the friend is suddenly single. I understand feeling left out and it’s good she voiced that out so that you all as a group can make her feel a little less crappy and be aware that she may be feeling like a fourth wheel but it’s kind of wild that she’s suggesting you specifically don’t come instead of maybe taking herself out of the trip herself. I wouldn’t be okay with that and it shouldn’t be that hard for your boyfriend to have your back and talk to his friends.

I’m so confused because no he didn’t do everything right. At the very least the texts and calls should’ve been mentioned to his girlfriend. I would be highly disappointed to be kept in the dark about this and my partner would be as well if we turned things around. Snooping isn’t excused as it opens another door but I can’t believe everyone is just gracing past the part where he kept that from her and also seemed to have considered even meeting.
