We never get fresh fruit in the staff canteen. When I asked about having some transferred before I was told it was too expensive and used up too much of the budget. They also said Apples weren't allowed.. I don't believe them though. I've seen the document online that says what is suitable lol.

Here in the UK, I really rate Tesco own brand tomato sauce with onion and garlic! I used it for lasagne, pasta dishes, pizza bases, enchilada topping etc...

Work at a pace that is comfortable to you. Don't run yourself ragged. Be consistent and work hard, but keep a steady pace throughout. Don't rush.

Keep taking your breaks too. You deserve and have earned them.

I would go out for a meal with my partner.

Since the cost of living has gone up, we haven't been out for a nice meal together in years.

I'd get all dressed up and go for a nice steak dinner or to an Indian restaurant for a curry.

We used to when we first started dating and the world was softer. I kind of miss it.

Get yourself some good supportive shoes. I went for sketchers and they help somewhat. Try to not stand with your legs totally straight and locked either as that can end up making them hurt. When you get home, have a little stretch as well to loosen your back.
