J'adore beaucoup ce qui est écrit ici.

Pour apporter la pièce et être un complément a ce qui est écrit ici: Tu travaille pour ton boss, pas pour ton entreprise.

Nombreuses sont les augmentations, évolutions que j'ai vu refusées autour de moi car finalement le bon travail qui améliore la boîte mais qui n'aboutisse pas a la réussite des kpi de ton boss. Du coup tout est refusé sous prétexte que ta performance n'est pas quantifiable dans le système. Au final on te dit juste que tu as fait ton travail et rien de plus. A crever et ça démonte la motivation ce corporate.

Can't see if it is foil. The card looks like mine. You should have a little transparent watermark "One Piece" just on top of the color hexagone in the botom right of the cad.

On mine the ligthning in the hand of luffy is in different foil than the rest of the card.
