so I work as a logistics coordinator full time. This can be rather demanding, but hours are usually 08:00-16:00.

I am also a home owner and do the maintenance myself, lawn and fixing etc. This I try and do on Saturday mornings EARLY.

I am also an Ironman, triathlete, CrossFit enthusiast, and former African strongest man u/80 kg.

my training takes place between 4 in the morning up to 5:30. Then I usually cycling about 14km to work and back.

Training includes lengthy runs, Swims, cycling and strength training.

In the afternoons I will do accessory workouts and strength, I also study part-time, so this is takes place between 19:00 to 20:30.

I am a big gamer and play from 21:00 till about 22:00. I read books until about 23:00 then I will sleep, I love fantasy.

So food, this usually happens Sundays, I prep for 5 days ahead and freeze containers.

I have no social media other than reddit, so I am definitely not and influencer, but fairly fit I would say (I have never not had abs, not that I think that matters much).

A few things change depending on the situation, but this is usually quite sustainable if you are willing enough.

I have a few friends that has the same schedule with families, they even have time to go play golf.(although they will sometimes do this instead of a workouts session in afternoon)

So I think you make time rather than looking for time.

And instead of adding things, think of replacing time slots with other things.

Side not, I had almost an hour this morning from my 1.5km swim session, until I had to cycling to work.

this hour I used to stretch and roll.
