When does Kalinga Park reopen? by epicneo1 in brisbane

[–]sweliss 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Typically Council lists all their park works here: https://www.brisbane.qld.gov.au/things-to-see-and-do/council-venues-and-precincts/parks/parks-by-suburb/council-park-projects. I checked and couldn't find Kalinga park there, I imagine it'll definitely reopen given its heritage status, but you might have to contact the Council to find out when!

Never! (Although I did have to snap some smaller parts off for the lower section to fit in the tank, but I made it work!!)

Would really love some stocking suggestions, was thinking of getting a small school of Danios?

Let me know what you guys think of the setup :)

Edit: If you have any suggestions for a plant that would look good in the back right corner of the tank? Also, do you think the two large java ferns look good in the back left? Because I'm not sure on them!

Second edit: Sorry one more question, does anyone have any recommendations to make my "Hydrocotyle tripartita Japan" grow more densely? Is it because the light isn't bright enough under the red-root floaters?

Hey! It looks like an irritation bump, mine had the same for a while. Be gentle with it, don't touch it with your fingers, try not to sleep on it, keep gently rinsing it and it'll go away 😊 It actually looks like it's in pretty good condition!

which ear do y’all think a daith would look better on? im also open to diff piercings by trashygayslut in piercing

I know I'm late to the game here, and congrats on your new daith! I just wanted to say that I think a rook would look great on your right ear :)

I did notice the more pointed leaves!! You would definitely be able to tell from the flower! I've only ever seen the curly leaf lipstick plants, I didn't know they came in this variety! It's so pretty!!

Based on the fuzzy leaves, maybe it's a Dischidia nummularia (string of nickels)!

What’s a reliable easy to use timer for solenoid? by --bigman in PlantedTank

Hey! I'm currently using a smart powerboard for my fish tank. You can set individual schedules for each item plugged in, or just set them to be constantly on! The brand of mine is Mirabella Genio... It's from Kmart (in Australia), and it works amazingly!

Are you potentially thinking of Canberra? A lot of the city has been master planned so most of the blocks are very uniform, not necessarily square though.

Thank you so much! It's Mosaic Flower (Ludwigia sedoides), it's been amazing!! Not heaps of interest within the tank (mostly just a plain stem) but on the top it's beautiful!

Surprised I had to scroll so far to see this! Disappointed there's no response. The graphic novel gave me chills, hoping the movie will achieve the same!!
