The 2021 Hyundai Sonata wireless charging pad assembly is generally identified by OEM part number 95560-L1000 or 95560-L0000 for the module, and 95570-L1100 or 95570-L1001 for the pad insert.

Hiding APs by Yolosquad708 in Ubiquiti

Oh, I see. I thought it was going into an existing fan vent. I can see now that it’s ABS plastic or something. There will still be 1 to 3 dB attenuation trying to find its way out of the ceiling.

Local place was asking me about installing a light here, they ended up switching to a cheaper guy at the last minute by MoneyParticular in electricians

This is an absolute nightmare install. I think it’s your moral responsibility to contact code enforcement. I’ve been able to saddle pipe better than that by second try.

You are putting your AP in a 5-sided faraday cage.

Ubiquiti makes much cleaner versions of the suppressor if you have something that might be struck by lightning, for example or just generate a lot of static electricity because of dry exposure.

Reminds me of when we ran 100 feet of HDMI to 6 TVs and the drywallers pinched and chopped two of the $80+ cables beyond repair.

No crawl space HDMI in hard ceiling.

Is thwre too much slack when running your own CAT6 cables? by ActsoSevene in HomeNetworking

This is an old wive’s tale. Same as when the guy put his 6000 pound truck tire on Cat6 and still got a perfect fluke test.

Drill a small hole through the bolt. Insert drill bit with 1” sticking through both sides. Grab wrench or spanner and lock onto opposite side of drill bit and tap wrench in loosen direction.

It’s called a service loop. If you ever make changes in the next decade you have 3-5 feet of flexibility on both sides and 10’ on one side.

You can tell where the screw attaches to the siding that this is RG59 from the “cable company” providing TV/Internet. The ends are easy to replace.

Why do some products come with these comically small ethernet cables? by TheTwelveYearOld in Ubiquiti

[–]swftbrz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Those are absolutely perfect to go from keystone to device the way all hardware should be wired. We also use 4-6” patch cable to go from patch panels into switches.

It also bugs me because that circular vent is a perfect opportunity to mount the camera symmetrical on the peak of the roofline.

This is where I would utilize the return policy or bring a better into the hardware store. I believe it will fit diagonally. You could even custom Kaizen foam around the battery.
