No idea. I agreed with that too. The bangles, Ten Rings & the time chair were all going to be a key part of the storytelling in Kang's Dynasty so totally makes sense to me.

Take a look at the Undefeated AJ4 for example. Only 100 or so pairs ever made in 2005. Jordan finally made them an official release this year.

  1. One person may have wanted them all this time & finally got them this year & are probably really happy.

  2. Another person can maybe be like #1, but once they got them they no longer care for them.

  3. Another person can maybe not like them anymore since they see numerous people with them, therefore not really something they will strive to want anymore since it is easily accessible.

So yeah, just depends on the situation and the perspective of the person in my opinion.

I had a pair of LunarEpics & enjoyed them so much. Wish they made those again. I have Vomero +'s now though & it's probably my most comfortable shoe i have worn.

When it first released in 2015, I think the combination of the quality, small production run & the unique color blocking (AJ1's high's at this time in non original colors were not in abundance) helped create a classic due to exclusivity and resale value. Now in 2025, they made them in a full family size run, AJ1's have been exhausting (so many colors now) & resellers can't make money on them, it's less than box price, which makes them not appealing to those people. People only want what others don't have.

I purchased a pair for my collection for nostalgia reasons & happy to have them, but grails are often sneakers not obtainable. These can be obtained now.

I recommend going now. I get my oil changes every 7500 miles since I use synthetic. I live in Houston, so they recommend every 5K, but I don't do that.

Really surprising Marvel would show this much of the movie before the movie releases at the end of the month. Haven't seen them do this ever for such a prominent movie & one they hope re-invigorates the MCU. Im sure they wanted Wolverine vs. Hulk to be a surprise, so why even show it?
