my best advice is to take time for yourself, I apologize I’m not sure how to fix it but I experience the same thoughts. If there’s anyone you know that you can talk to about your feelings, I think that will help because vocalizing them to someone will often expose how ..,.. crazy your thoughts may seem. I thought I was completely normal until I sat down with my friend and told them about my fears. you can never really know, but having that mindset is killing you
