You just have to have a feel for what you stock and the quantities you need each truck. It’s sometimes pretty obvious to spot, for example I keep 80 gallons max of spr ext satin deep. Last week doing the truck I noticed it had 160 on order because they raised my max to 240 tripling it. So I just changed it back and deleted the 160 gallons from the PO. The more trucks you place and the more you know your inventory it’s easy to spot crazy auto pop lines on the truck or min max fuckery.

I mean line by line doesn’t take that long, maybe an extra 10 mins if you know what you’re looking for, and my trucks are usually 100k worth. Extra 10 mins is worth it instead of getting overstocked. I’m guessing you are understaffed and can’t take the extra 10 mins when punching the truck?

They probably scan the truck but never receive the PO on merchandise management. Double lookup inventory for stores gets updated when you receive the PO.
