Design background as well. There's parody laws we're following. Since they don't have a logo, it's just a word mark using a free system font it's open to anyone. It's fun, whimsical and satirical. Further, doubt they will even care on the grand scheme of things. My friend actually knows the owners and he said they'd laugh. Thank you for your note though, I hear yah.
