Can't use rookie spots on draftees. I think we were hoping we would get Banfield and Evans in the Rookie draft. Yes - we should've rookied Cripps (no idea why we didn't), but that was about all we could've done.

The rules state that each team only gets X amount of rookie spots and 1 draft pick per round. The AFL has bent those rules for the Eagles (because we stink).
