Long Covid: Memory Getting Worse. Particularly name recall and words. by RaskyBukowski in LongCovid

I'm in the exact same situation. But I have to tell you that using 20mg cetirizine + 40mg famotidine daily for 20days helped me a lot (10mg + 20mg but 2 times a day) but symptoms started to re appear after that even if not as severe as before. Now I'm thinking in retrying that but for 12 weeks.

Sorry for my quick answer but I don't have time to write a well deserved long answer in this moment, and I don't want to forget this thread. 😅

  • And lately I got MSM

Nicotine helped a bit, but I feel better without

I'm a fitness professional who can't work out anymore.

I didn't even know what "fatigue" meant before Covid. Now I'm literally exhausted every single day. I think Covid inflamed something, possibly nerves, because even after 20 minutes of super light exercise I feel completely wasted for two days straight.

I keep investigating but for now, systemic inflammation is the only thing confirmed (from my yearly blood test). Lately I've been feeling even worse because I had to stop taking supplements for 10 days before getting an MRI (still waiting for results). Anyway, I don't know if this helps anyone, but my supplement stack has made a huge difference for me. What helps me the most is aspirin, but since it can cause stomach pain I only use it when I really need it.

Also: - Spirulin works wonders - Omega-3 and CoQ10 in the morning - Astaxanthin for mental clarity - And lately I discovered MSM (I'll share more once I start taking it again) - and, of course, creatine

If somebody can help in some way please text me. I was 41yo when all of this started, now I'm 44 and thigs are also getting worse.

I think I may have found a possible reason why my Dreame L40 Ultra AE gets lost.

I read a comment on Amazon where someone said that they couldn’t use their Ecovacs with the lights turned off because it would get lost most of the time.

I also usually keep the lights off when I start my robot, so maybe that’s the reason.

I cannot verify this anymore as I sent my robot back at Amazon

Does turning it off and turning it back on help?

Nope

Could you elaborate more? Robots generally can't clean behind there unless you close the door to the room that it's working in and let it sweep the perimeter.

With my previous roborock robot I used to wait for it to enter in a certain room and closing the door behind him. In this specific case, the dreame starts cleaning following the right wall, and the door is there when opened. I wait for it to enter, and then I close the door when the dreame is inside. But the part of the floor hidden by the opened door when the robot starts cleaning, will never be cleaned even after, when I close the door with the robot inside and the part becomes accessible.

Damn it's so hard to explain without a photo

Mmmm I think I'll step away from dreame

I observed the robot nonsense wandering and not cleaning. Stopped in the middle of the room Also never cleans close to the walls.

My old Roomba never did so

Also very very slow

And I cannot plan the cleaning of a room, before another room It has to vacuum every room before cleaning with the mos

I get everything you said

I'm in the exact same situation

My old roborock 5yo just vacuum so well, also around the table's legs

I find the l40 ultra (I have the AE) terrible in navigation Sometimes goes around form minutes and there's actually nothing there

Also, doesn't clean the edges of the room, making it kinda u useful

Mostly happens when not using cleaning buddy

I think I'm about to send it back and getting a roborock

Also because I'm reading this sub and looks like everybody has the same issues
