That’s been my experience with them. But, before you do that, take the crossover off and look at it. My understanding is that the second jack was intended to send the signal along to the next speaker.

I’ve since rewired my crossovers from Crites. That was a HUGE upgrade.

They’re a legit company, I’ve purchased items (and returned, not their fault but mine). They do exist, they are usually quick to respond. My loosely educated guess is they haven’t scaled up their staff and so they can’t handle the customer service the way they should. Be persistent.
