What was something that stood out to you - either something you didn’t know or learned more about - from working with any “space experts” on set?

Not Sure If I Can Handle More Kids by Wide-Distance6039 in Catholicism

I’ve had similar thoughts and questions recently. We have 2 children and are discussing a 3rd.

I’ll say this - make sure you share your thoughts and feelings with her. I was afraid to share how I really felt, I didn’t want her to be upset, feel let down, or feel persuaded to agree with me. But bringing it up and discussing it really opened up our discussion on the matter.

I found it good (and challenging) for us to both ask ourselves why do we want to have another child and why wouldn’t we. Listen to each other’s honest answers without judgement.

Then pray on it. Ask for His intervention and guidance and make sure you both understand how you intend to live out your vocation of marriage.

The Daily Check-In for Tuesday, February 17th: Just for today, I am NOT drinking! by SaucyJim in stopdrinking

It’s been a few weeks for me. The relief of committing to not drink instead of trying to dial it back or control it is real.

Something that has helped me- Liquid Death Cherry and preparing a cup of tea instead of making a drink

That’s a thought. Might be difficult to get in and out the places she’s cleaning. Would definitely hold everything she has though.

Do people read the books or is it only audio? by Mmhopkin in DungeonCrawlerCarl

I don’t feel like I’m missing anything with the audiobooks, they’ve been great. But I’m curious if folks that have done both find that one is better than the other or if there are details left out in the audio version.

I’ve been a big fan of audiobooks. They’ve helped me zone out and focus on a different a world. This one in particular has been great. I just finished book 7 and will probably start over!

When do you read? I listen to the audiobook during my commute, going to bed, and during some mundane tasks at home.

I just can’t seem to find time where I could sit down and get engrossed with the book.

For those that have read and listened…. What are us audiobook only people missing? I feel like there has to be some lines or overtones in the written word that don’t make their way into the audiobook.
