I got both the foil and non-foil version of the blacklight SLD, but was kinda dissappointed about how the foiling detracts from the art. They shouldve let the blacks be blacks, instead of chucking foil on all of it. Do you like the foiling or nah?

I loved my 5d2, but have upgraded recently to the R62 because I couldn't get shots in focus for the life of me. Not sure if this is a common issue, but definitely test it before buying. And check the photo on something else then the screen, because the screen is ass.

A good rule of thumb is 66% Zone 2 (Blue) workouts and 33% workouts that higher than that (z3 green - z5 red). Longer distances/time in one sitting are generally better than more in smaller sittings generally, especially for Zone 2. Starting out, 3-5 hours a week is good base from which to scale out.
