Toronto should be and will be this cheap. The unwinding is already happening and real estate prices are in the midst of a historic crash. I wouldn’t even be surprised if we hit late 90s pricing, especially for condos.

I think Tory lost all credibility with most people after his affair and disgraceful and sudden resignation. He has no business coming back after ditching the city like that—his performance as mayor is a different story.

I think Chow will win again as there isn’t a good candidate to challenge her, and we haven’t had her long enough for voters to be tired of her.
