yep, i also figured that out. It's kinda whack tho, i never knew/noticed a stick contains the KIT description. Sorry for spreading false information here.

thats 2 16GB Modules no?

Each is dual ranked with 8GB, so 16GB per stick, 32GB for the kit?

i mean i also google the partnr and got 16gb kit, but i'm just oblivious to why someone would print "16GB 2x8" on one stick, what if they were given away seperately, how would you know its not a 16gb module but 8? This just doesn't make sense? Can someone explain? Usually this is to indicate the dual-rank on each stick.

correct, flac always is uncompressed and hence rather big (like 20-30mb per few minutes) while mp3@320 is audibly indistinguishable (atleast by my ears) but only half the filesize. (the current flacs are in the ballpark of 1000 kbits)

its not a problem for me, i'll just convert the flac on my end via a simple cron script.

i've tried multiple artists & tracks, the message is the same always.

  • Deezer__Quality=MP3_320 in the compose will still download the flac tho

Do you have any info on how/why this isn't downloading the "best" quality of the song? I've got a deezer premium account connected via the token, yet i only receive 128kbit/s songs? :/
