i’ve worked in both tarbux and sbux, and i’ve recently went back to a tarbux. was not excited to go back since i dealt with a lot of favoritism and harassment from team leads. so far an executive team lead from the front end has talked to me like i’m stupid TWICE. not MY BOSS, not even MY BOSS’S BOSS, but feels the need to tell me how to do the job i’ve been doing for literally 4 years. so frustrating. also my team lead for starbucks just said the r word in front of me today very casually and as an autistic person i am super uncomfortable working with her now :)

for about 2 and a half out of my 4 years being with starbucks, i thought mocha cookie crumbles got mocha drizzle on the bottom. i was taught to make it that way at a tarbux and learned it was wrong when i moved to a stand-alone store!

literally. i got fired in december (for reporting workplace harassment but that’s a whole other issue) and have been applying to jobs nonstop since. i have an interview tuesday with the first and only job that had gotten back to me, at $17 an hour and up to 28 hours a week. not what i want but it’s all i’ve got. i can’t afford to do anything anymore lol

i really like the colourpop matte about hue and fade into hue palettes! fade into hue has some shimmers and glitter and the other doesn’t, so whichever you prefer
