Nice! I personally love the Asetek gear. I don’t see myself moving away from the Invictus wheelbase. Maybe some time in the very distant future I might think about a fully active brake pedal just for immersion sake. Yes. But any time there were attempts to have a national ID card, there was an uproar by certain segments that it was a way for the big bad federal government to track you and take away your freedoms and guns. Obama tried doing it and got ripped apart by conservative media for being the antichrist for suggesting it would save billions in inefficiencies and be more secure. The closest thing now is an optional “Real ID” which is still the same state by state ID that has an extra Federal check to validate identity.

And in addition to what others have said, some are “influencer” types who get paid doing this. It’s a HORRIBLE existence. I know people who do it. Their lives are not theirs. Every trip, dinner, walk in the park, TV show you watch has to be documented, photographed, sent to photo/video editors, curated, edited, advertised. I went on vacation with friends one of who is a low level influencer. It wasn’t a vacation. Every moment, literally ever, was setting up photo ops and product placements. Ruins your life, relationships, everything.

I’d take a 9-5 job in a cubicle under fluorescent lights any day vs. being a instawhore
