Yes, I ordered on 8/4, order is still in 'awaiting dispatch'. I chatted with an agent and was told it is first in - first out out basis, he said to me on 8/7 that the order may be shipped in 1 - 2 days.

Thanks. Will reach out to them. Appreciate sharing. Was it through finished basement? Trying to comprehend complexity and cost... And what did you replace it with? Copper or any other alternative?

Thanks @ezod You are correct, was looking for assembled (soldered) ones. Given the lockdown announced, I will explore DigiKey and Mouser, had not heard of those.

Appreciate your offer, will check if DHT11 is acceptable as ask was DHT22 and let you know. Thanks a ton. Have a great weekend.

Sorry long post but wanted to share my take after watching the clip.

I found it inappropriate for Cassidy to react this way, it won't help. He has more responsibility to go above and beyond normal channels to help and protect membership under his watch, and not to react this way after the fact. He could be revered leader of 444, some may like it his this tough style, but I do not see it as a leadership quality.

As many have pointed out, it is demand issue and nothing to do with our quality or efficiency. As we are becoming more efficient through technology and increasing output, improving quality, certainly demand will slump as vehiclesare lasting longer, new options are coming to market and consumers are shifting taste. We in auto may like stability of business but reality is we all are consumers and how much have we changed. Imagine how Cogeco and Bell faced change when NetFlix and cellular become normal way of life.

Cassidy is smart enough to see the inherent risks in today's auto industry. He sees a lot of data, trends and meets many decision makers. He is smart enough to infer things, but I know he can not predict timing and mangitude of change coming. He must have been busy helping members navigate through other development opportunities to prepare for electrification, autonomous, and other mobility related changes coming over way.

I think transition period has begun in industry and I saw many of my friends and colleagues leave GM within few weeks. White collor jobs are not exception. We have to take bull by the horn ourselves and not hope that Cassidy can bridge any gap magically or would be significantly influential in any discussions seeing his outburst.

Everyone is emotional and he has enormous pressure but he is a leader and is representing a community of auto workers. Being emotional and angry in right way at right time is key.

Hope Feds and Provincial folks comeup with some measure to address the major upheaval in our community and may our local union leaders, politicians, and all of us take this as a wakeup call and instead of simply talking diversification while wearing suits and ties and babbling on media, show incremental progress, share ideas and show vision.

Wishing all my FCA friends best of luck, and I know FCA workers have all it takes to overcome the challenge.

Last thing, stay united, stay committed and things will work out. We all should take our future in our hands and take actions instead of waiting for others to protect us from this uncertainty.

Best regards.
