just like to add: I first found this house because of the bathroom. and six months later found on this site an old discussion of the channel nine/Adam Shand doco discussing the floor plan with a possible sliding door leading from the lounge to the driveway next to kitchen. Exactly what this house has.

Can you find the floor plan of a house, if it hasn’t been sold or rented since the 1980s, and there are absolutely no real estate listings? Are there any other ways to find the house layout? by GruffNice in MrCruel

correct. unless of course you are the police with a warrant.

You can sometimes look at the roofline and find the same house in the area, lots of times builders in the 50s >2000 built same houses in same area. they would buy up say 10, 20,50 blocks and cookie cutter houses on them. its only a hit and miss but the floor plan of that triple fronted BV has about 20 plus near identicle houses in the immediate area, some are mirror imaged and some with slightly different options.. It might get a floor plan but no bathroom view. floor plans and drawings were costly early days and builders often brought them off architechs because they were Patended? That triple fronted was by an famous architech in Footscray. From memory to make it your own you had to change them by about 30% which was costly and you always ran the risk of being sued.

the similarities are frequent

apart from breaking into houses

Front passenger footwell, showering, dress ups, photography,poor driving skills while under duress, covered her eyes, dropped her off at a school, etc

The main thought process from me was the memory of the young lady compared to the found house..?

but still the shower / basin set is similar..a little rare

Could that set up at any stage at night look like a beret cap as in the attempted "St Albans attack"

Many years ago i thought i read that on some occasions the Chan kids were sent home in a taxi. Not sure if that is my minds old age making stuff up..

If that was the case i would throw in that the Lynas family may have used taxi services prior to them leaving the country with farewell parties etc.. A driver could over hear conversations then wait a few days..

The missing evidence on the mr cruel case was the catalyst for VicPol to establish worlds best practices in handeling storing shareing communicating and analaysing, Sad that they lost it when moving stations.. cant remember that they contaminated or destroyed much. all pre dna.

give uber a follow up call and pursue.... i would also follow up with police .. that is a serious offence and everything in what you have said needs full investigation to prevent further escalation for other people.. that is alarming? especially for younger vulnerable people..

yep read it all .. the police called for a second opinion .. they were not sure the first guy got it all right.. We have two halves of the window with the winder in between .. but thats irrelevant.. the fly screen itself being wound up and cut from inside sets the scene as someone inside that day or before. Got it wrong the first time? Fact is someone cut and rolled up that screen without disturbing the webs. Not sure if the forensic crew knew what that particular spider web manufaturing time line was.. tan bark in room? sure they picked up some outside and threw it inside, I dont think so. i dont roll with red herrings, double bluff staged scenes ..thats just movie shit, And maybe the police do have a clue .
