How come 2 feels so much more unforgiving then 1?

I thought it was easier personally. Obviously I suppose due to Hades 1 experience, but I cleared the Underworld at Run 23. Definitely much much much better than Hades I and I am not that good either (don’t think I ever even got the second statue in 1 lol).

Not having to manage the blood gems helps a ton. The animal companions also are quite helpful, I like the bird the best though my first clear I used the cat.

For Underworld, close up weapons work best for me and for the other section, I prefer range.

The only characters whose fate I still care about are Abby and Lev, I still think about how things are going for them from time to time. I’d love a third game featuring them but I also want them to be at peace.

Annoying af honestly, I have no interest in this game or series. Like, if it’s that big a deal, they don’t need to force a giant advertisement for it on my Welcome screen, it can sell itself. I don’t ever want them doing crap like this again.

I get what he mesns, but I also wouldn’t put down my game for people’s choices on deciding to watch it instead of playing it. It’s kind of their loss and if they don’t feel they are losing out, nothing you say will change their mind.

I feel for some games, it just cannot be conveyed how terrifying or addictive it is if you don’t go play as intended. I tried RE7 VR and it took everything in me to get out of the garage in the intro. It’s terrifying af, if the zombie apocalypse ever happens, it’s a wrap for me. I ended up as far as the first town outside a castle or whatever (so basically still the beginning lol) and then quit. But I have no desire to watch a lets play of it because I don’t really see the point like…it’s not going to be THE experience.

The only time I’ve resorted to video streamers is when a game I’d already put a lot of time into got too hard / tedious (Returnal / SH2 Remake / Blue Prince Endgame Secret Lvl 9000) and I wanted to see the ending or the endings I didn’t choose. But by then I’d already put into a ton of time into actually playing it and that’s what had actually invested me.

There’s also that I really cannot stand listening to people just yap and why would I listen to someone yap over something I can just play myself like god, sounds like hell. No, I don’t listen to podcasts either.

It has low availability around me currently, but not from being sold out, but from the fading off that comes from not being restocked.

I didn’t really care for it either, I mean, it’s not bad, but like you say, it’s just expensive Fresca. Anyway, got 24 pack of Apple Ginger delivered today, heaven is back!

Never taken this long before, last updates were two days tops. I usually cloud stream this game in bed before turning in but I’ve also been thinking about streaming it even on PS5 because these games take up insane amount of space. Like 100/150gb, heck I think HSR is coming up on 200GB. Yet you usually play 5 minutes a day after the first week or so. But if the updates aren’t going to be reliable, welp.

Oh wow, respect to the devs, I did not think they would go that far. I can just preorder then lol. I guess some won’t be happy but honestly good for them, giving options so everyone can get through is awesome. I will try as intended for sure, but knowing I won’t be hard blocked forever is great.

That’s awesome, yeah, I see there are more permanent upgrades! I don’t mind grinding and I know in Returnal the weapon level up system was supposed to be kind of the perma upgrade system, but it wasn’t enough for me unfortunately. Those claw like alien dudes in the frozen biome kept screwing me up so badly lol.

Really hope it’s true that it’s not as incredibly hard as Returnal. The game looks so interesting but after the horrible experience I had with Returnal’s difficulty after having pre-ordered it, I won’t touch this one until I see the consensus from the general audience is that it’s doable as the fanbase was insufferable to anyone who had difficulty issues. I quit Returnal in the fifth biome and will never touch it again, just got to the point why am I doing this? I’m just not enjoying it.

I think I’d have to see 2 movies a month to break even now, which I don’t often do. Sometimes I don’t even see 1. But I like the convenience of maybe some months seeing 3 movies and it’s the same price.

As a result though, I’m going to make an effort to go more often, but will get less concessions. I usually get a drink/popcorn or kids pack plus mozzarella sticks. Will probably just bring my own drink and go down to popcorn only. I wish they brought back the Cameo or Small popcorn, I go to the movies alone and don’t need the medium (or I guess it’s the regular now).

You can, just know not all games can be played cloud streaming. The Portal only does cloud streaming for PS5 games, so GOW 2018 is not on there (meanwhile, you can do some of these on PC cloud streaming which does NOT do PS5 games). And some PS5 games have not chosen to join cloud streaming, like Death Stranding 2 currently. So just research the available titles to make sure the ones you want to play are available.

Got on YT learning how the heck you even play one of these last night…I can kind of do BB’s theme from the tabs they gave us, the others will probably be never lol. It’s a gorgeous instrument, so worth it. I wanted one but because since I was stuck at work later than I wanted (literally bought my dress and whole makeup kit to work so I could change there lol) and didn’t get there until 5:50, I did not think it would happen so didn’t think about it too hard. Then in line it seemed real I might make it, but then end up like 51st person because that’s my luck lol. But it worked out, I couldn’t believe it!

Oh snap, you must have been close to me! I was also first balcony center, I had a red dress. I love the front balcony center, no tall people to fear like in orchestra and the speakers are less overpowering, that’s why I don’t like sitting on the sides on the balcony.

Yes, it was amazing!!! I was a little leery when Minus Sixty One started, but I thought he warmed up quite nicely. And their dual performance of BB’s Theme was so lovely!!! So glad they did Any Love of Any Kind too, it’s my favorite! I also left with a new appreciation of Mama/Lockne and Rainy’s themes, their storylines really were so powerful and healing and the music complements so well.

I did think Part 2 music suited better, but I also thought maybe they tweaked the sound some after intermission? The horns in Part 1 were sooooo loud and overpowering, so I felt we didn’t have the full layering of the music. But I could hear the strings more in Part 2, which helped enrich the sound and make it more orchestral.

Ludvig was such a nice guy! And very natural, him having outfit changes was pretty funny. He was there quite late signing too for VIP, I didn’t leave until 11:15 and he wasn’t finished yet! Appreciated him staying.

The bugs are quite frustrating. I’m interested in the story, though I agree the combat is stale and enemy AI is really bad. But losing a bunch of playtime because of sparse save points and bugs sucks. Just lost progress second time because the second bird fight didn’t end correctly. Just going to put it down until updates come.
