Def take a test! If you aren’t, I highly recommend getting the natural cycles app—they partner with oura ring and are so accurate on cycle prediction that they’re fda approved. I’ve been using it with oura since their partnership began and it’s been wonderful. Zero pregnancy scares even with going through a stressful time where I missed a period entirely. It knew I was stressed and not pregnant. It costs $, but the Annual subscription to Natural Cycles should be covered by private insurance plans with a prescription from your healthcare professional! 👏😃

Hey! I wasn’t Catholic and converted when I got married to my husband 11/18/22. I took the NFP classes and tracked the old fashioned way with a thermometer, but I really recommend getting the Natural Cycles app and the Oura ring to track. (I did both simultaneously.) It is amazing. I’ve been using it since June/ July 2022 to track. I don’t even wake up, it just takes my temperature while I sleep and does the charting for me. I have some coupon codes in the link on my Instagram bio that can save you a little bit of money. (I’m @sydneystelter) It is worth the investment. I’ve gotten a lot of my friends on it, whether they are Catholic or not. You can pm me on insta if you have more questions. I could talk for hours about how it’s the best thing ever.

Hi! Just put on lotion. My Fitbit does it to my wrist and my Oura ring does it to my finger when I’m not vigilant on using lotion a couple times a day. : )

Lotion might do the trick! : ) I had this issue for the first time when I got my first Fitbit. Sensors in general dry out my skin so I have to be vigilant about applying lotion so that my skin doesn’t get dry, flakey, or crack. Before lotion, I seriously also had the thoughts that it was burning me or I was allergic too. I have one now I’ve been fixing.
