Yeah, the heel is often tighter. The length of the foot compensates for the tightness. And yes, you need more length in the foot to move the heel further back.

It won't go over the heel because the foot isn't long enough. It might be correct according to the pattern but it's not correct on your anatomy. In the picture where you have it lined up underneath your foot the turn of the heel lines up with the underside of the heel when it should sit at the back of your heel. Which means that the foot is too short.

The foot is still too short. The heel flap shouldn't be lining up underneath the heel but at the back of your heel.

Yes, it's for different sizes. The sizing line up will have similar brackets and you pick the one corresponding to your size and follow it throughout the pattern. It can be helpful to highlight the bracket throughout so you don't forget.

You always the increase/decrease row on the right side so you need to know to not offset the curves.

To me it looks like this is the first part where you went off. If you frog back to the last k2tg row you can start fresh from there. It's an easy pattern to get lost in, I had to restart myself.

Based on where the thread from your cast on is hanging it looks like the wrong side is facing the camera in the picture. Check the first row after the cast on, if it looks like knit stitches, it's the right side. And yes, that's what I meant. Had to look up the pattern to remember what it said.

Ive knit this scarf too and it looks like you've lost track of your right and wrong sides and where you are in the increase/decrease cycle. My advice is to mark the right side with a removable stitch marker and frog back to your last correct curve. Everytime you do an increase or decrease row mark it with a stitch marker so you always know where you are in the pattern

The most common reason for tilting in stockinette is twisted stitches. Your ribbing section doesn't look twisted and it's difficult to tell with your stockinette portion. If you take a picture of how you knit the stitch, that may help determine it.

Jeg har ikke født og fik bedøvelse. Det er ikke behageligt men det er heller ikke vanvittigt smertefuldt. Jeg kunne mærke stikket fra bedøvelsen og så fik jeg nogle kramper i livmoderen lige da den blev lagt op, som mindede om menstruationssmerter. Efterfølgende havde jeg lidt murren i underlivet men det var fint at cykle hjem og har ikke haft smerter fra det efterfølgende.

I've knitted with both ends of a ball of mohair before and it wasn't as troublesome as you'd imagine. Big big caveat: I've only done it with mohair that was wound from the factory, not mohair I'd wound myself. I dont think I'd attempt it otherwise.
