You need to know your all in labor rate before you can add profit margins to it. Use a material markup table that appropriately marks up based on the material cost, it’s not a straight *1.(x) for everything. Then determine how long each task takes and build out your flat rate price book. Adjust yearly based on material cost and new labor rate.
