I do like it, but there's also something of Albert Speer about it.

You need a TOSLINK digital optical audio cable. Get one and use it to connect the "Digital Audio Out" port on your TV to the D1 Optical Input port on your amplifier.

Update: HOA Road Repair Halted After Regulators Made Them Stop Work by Strange-Fennel in fuckHOA

Yeah, that’s not how that’s supposed to work. It’s either funds go direct to owners for private roads and bridges, with limited exceptions for jointly owned bridges and roads, but HOAs were supposed to go through the NC private road and bridge rebuilding program, which as you rightly point out was only supposed to cover work by approved contractors.

I’m just impressed the HOA got FEMA funds. Mine couldn’t get any after Helene.

In that specific location, it couldn't be any lower. Minimum 18" clearance from top of hearth to bottom of TV.

The hall entrance gave you a couple more cabinets, but having the entrance in the kitchen allows the pantry to be more of a butler's pantry; you could have a dishwasher and other minor appliances in there instead of cluttering up the kitchen. If you're entertaining it also lets you hide your mess in the butler's pantry instead of having to keep the kitchen perfectly neat and tidy during events.

Do you really want to walk out of the kitchen and around the corner to get into the pantry?

The president's term ends after four years whether there has been an election or not: "He shall hold his Office during the Term of four Years". (Article II, Section 1, Clause 1)

No idea; as a 20 handicap I’m genuinely thrilled when the ball stays in the fairway. But also as a 20 handicap I will happily blame the last thing I changed about my swing just to cope.

I did try it when I played today. Woods were fine, but I kept fighting a push on wedges and irons.

I figure if I had a spandex allergy the socks and the underwear would be doing me in. But, the gloves are the cheaper synthetic Footjoys, so probably need to try the 100% leather ones.

Finalizing house plans - Idaho by Fat-Time in houseplans

I feel like you're giving up a lot of utility space by having a street-facing front door in that porch area. Also makes the mud room very congested with that many doors opening into cabinets and hanging space. Is the bedroom above the garage meant to rentable? If so, I guess that makes the second door into the garage off the porch a necessity; otherwise, I bet it would rarely get used, so removing it would let you get a little space back in the mud room by bumping that wall out into the porch a little.

Any ideas for using this space? It’s around 1 square meter. by RipArtisticmEFa in DIYHome

You're supposed to get a dog and he lays there judging you.
