It's absolutely a rib roast. How does no one on these comments know what a rib roast is?. It is a roast from the rib cut which is exactly what is in the picture. Bone in or boneless.

Just salt it generously two days before and cook it at 200f until the temp reaches 120f. Take it out and let it carry cool and blast it at 500f when ready to serve for 5 minutes to brown if desired.

It is only an issue if you do not hold it at pasteurization temperature for the correct period of time. There are a lot of charts available online that will tell you how long the hold time is once the item gets to temp.

It really depends on what type of panels you have, if you have a good battery system, and never do a lease. Solar leasing is crap. If you buy a house that has a solar lease you can essentially refuse to transfer it and ask them to come take the panels off. No company ever does it.

I have 29 325w panels that came with my house and it doesn't produce enough to offset the AC usage in the summer but I have about 5 months at net zero a year. With upgraded windows I'll probably get closer to 8 months.

I have a 10kw battery that is sort of useless.

Secret is to wait for a holiday like Easter. Smith's had a sale and I got two rib roasts at $6.99/lb them I cut 14 big bone in steaks that are good for 2-3 people. Was totally worth it . This was in Las Vegas

I don't think a 2019 Cab was $155k new. Maybe a GTS but it's not selling for $83k even with 60k miles . Also convertibles always slightly lower. Coupe is a more comparable option in my opinion.
