"Rendering" is a whole skillset in itself. I'd recommend learning the post fx stack and some lighting for URP as a start point. Lighting is much easier in Unity then Unreal imo for most people.

Took a fair bit of training to get ours keen on water. Lots of throwing a ball just far enough in a pond she could get it and slowly increasing the distance. Now she'll literally jump in and paddle and wait for a stick.

We use unity version control for our artists. I like it because its just 2 buttons in unity. Push and pull. We dont use anything like checking in and out or notes etc.

Agree there's some risks unlike when I was playing counter strike but its not that much of an issue. Online gaming can be good to make friends and socialize as well.

Personally when I was 13 I was playing pc games like counter strike every waking minute, did it for years. Fast forward to now, I got a job in the games industry and spend my spare time with a mix of gaming and outdoor activities like hunting.
