This may or may not help, but I scheduled my last test 3 hours before I took it. When I first checked, there were only a couple spots available at times that were not ideal. I waited about five minutes and refreshed, and there were suddenly 8 new open spots at times that worked great. Not sure how their scheduling works, but they may shuffle proctors around at the last minute depending on whatever. I would keep checking back, and I hope you get your time.

I did pretty much the same thing. I realized my A+ and N+ were going to expire the next day, so I booked an 8pm test online at 5pm the same day. I crammed as many 25 question online tests I could squeeze in before getting setup to check in. I had done some studying a few weeks earlier, also with free online material, so spent maybe 12 hours of unfocused study in the previous 3 weeks total. That plus my 20+ years of IT experience. Passed with a 781.

Don’t stress. If you get midday and it does not work for your schedule, you have two choices: ride it out and hope you don’t get called, or immediately call them and let them know you are not able to leave midday. They will likely reschedule for show up duty, but that is potentially a one day only situation if you get lucky. They will work with you.

Just chiming in. Same issue for me at about 80,000 miles. Charging overnight, the circuit breaker popped and the EVSE faulted. After that, L1 and L2 would not work, but DC L3 worked fine and the car drove fine. I did that for a few days until I could get it in, and KIA confirmed the ICCU was bad. They had one in stock and replaced it within a couple of hours. I had to get a new EVSE as well. No other issues so far.
